great location but some comfort issues
The location on Nerudova was excellent for exploring the area. Our queen deluxe room was spacious with a stunning painted wooden ceiling, making it feel unique. The breakfast options were varied and enjoyable, especially the selection of pastries and bread that I found delightful.
The heating in the room made it too warm for our comfort.

The breakfast was truly delightful, offering a variety of fresh pastries and delicious local dishes that exceeded my expectations.
The coded entry system for the room was a bit tricky to operate, making it inconvenient who may struggle with the technology.

The Queen Deluxe Room was spacious with a stunning view of the street. The highlights were the well-curated breakfast with a fantastic variety of options, from fresh fruits to pastries and hot meal selections. The elegant decor of the hotel added charm, making me feel immersed in the beauty of Prague's history.
Wi-Fi connection was spotty at times.

A steep winding staircase to the second floor could be a challenge for those with mobility issues, especially since the elevator only operates during specific hours. The breakfast selection could use enhancements, like gluten-free options or additional protein choices like bacon. Some toiletries were lacking, such as shampoo or a shelf in the bathroom for personal items. access codes required for late arrivals may create unnecessary hassle if not communicated clearly beforehand.

I appreciated the hotel's elegant period design, featuring charming decor in a romantic color palette of red, gold, and cream, which truly reflected the beauty of Prague's history and made the common areas welcoming and comfortable.
More accessible bathroom facilities would enhance convenience.

Beautiful stay with a fairy-tale vibe
Awesome location near Prague Castle! The elevator had its quirks but totally added to the charm. The breakfast spreads were fresh, just wish they had started serving it during our stay. So much history, just minor steps to get to the room.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with baroque-style furniture, providing an authentic experience worth every credit. The location is prime—not far from the famous castle, making it a breeze to explore historical sights within a short walk.
The breakfast area left a lot to be desired. it felt cramped and lacked ambiance, situated too close to a storage area. while there's a lift, it's only operational from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.—meaning plan your comings and goings accordingly, which that could be a hassle for late travelers. Some guests might find the uphill walk to the hotel a bit much, especially after a long day of sightseeing, and the Wi-Fi connection experiencing occasional hiccups. I encountered issues with the room's heating making the environment a bit too warm for my taste and had trouble with the air conditioning, which was poorly positioned.

The queen deluxe room was spacious and charming, with an unexpected separate area for an additional bed. Breakfast offered a wide selection, but arriving late limited choices. Street noise was noticeable at times, and access codes for late arrivals are necessary, which can be inconvenient. The sausages served for breakfast were particularly enjoyable, adding a tasty local touch to the morning meal.
